Refund and Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@frenetictoys.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
